Having held several positions in Defence and Civil Aerospace, I have found my home in helping others to build their future, grow on their peoples’ potential and harvest from the market opportunities.
Todate I have worked in businesses of different sizes – from leading start-ups to management positions within a global listed aerospace corporation.

I have years of experience in project management including Level D accreditation as well as sound business acumen. In people development, marketing, LEAN implementation and organizational change management I have taken creative approaches.

I have worked through all stages of the product lifecycle with full profit & loss responsibility for projects, products and services. Digitization and Industry 4.0 have been strong themes lately.
